Parking spots are found around the building and also just offsite, just follow the signs. Our office is a shared space on the first floor, suite 130, just about half way down the hallway.
We also see patients via tele appointments if needed.
*Please note that our office is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. The bathroom located on the first floor; however, it is not wheelchair accessible.
Communication received to the office by email or text will be addressed as we are able, as we do not have office staffing. We cannot predict timeframe for return to inquiries at this time. Any treatment questions must be addressed in appointments to ensure quality of care. Only logistical or appointment questions will be answered for patients through text to the number provided above.
